Agentic AI for tailor-made travel agencies

The operating system that comes with a team.

Tourgen gives your agency a team of AI agents. Steve drafts trips from your own past ones. Ruby answers clients on WhatsApp. Nora files every email to its booking. Whatever needs you waits on one board on your phone, one tap each.

WTM London, ExCeL, 3–5 November. Thirty minutes, on three of your own recent trips.

What makes Tourgen different.

Recorded on a demo agency with fictional data. Captions available.
  • Built inside a working agency.

Tourgen runs a tailor-made travel agency every day. Every agent exists because of a real problem in that office.

  • The agents do the work.

They don't just suggest. Steve drafts the trip, Ruby answers the client, Nora files the mail. A person approves prices, payments and exceptions.

  • Your data is never shared.

Each pilot agency runs on its own application and database, and your trips are never used for another agency.

Every decision waits for you.

You sell expertise. Your day goes on admin.

A client asks a question on WhatsApp at ten at night. A supplier changes a price by email. A quote waits for your margin. A deposit falls due on Friday. Each one needs you.

Your software keeps the records. It does not do the work. So the agency grows only as far as your hours go.

Meet your new team.

Each agent has one job and does it end to end, from your trips, your suppliers and your way of working. They always tell clients they are AI.

They talk to people

Your staff, your clients, your suppliers.

  • Steve

    AI trip planner

Turns an enquiry into a day-by-day plan and a brief for your planner. He drafts from your own past trips, so the first version already sounds like you. Your planner makes it great.

  • Ruby

    AI client service

Answers your clients on WhatsApp, day and night, with their booking in front of her. She handles the routine and passes real problems to the right person, with a summary.

  • Nora

    AI mail assistant

Reads the shared inbox. She files every email to its booking, drafts the replies and opens a task when someone needs to act.

They work in the background

No name, just the job.

  • File Closer

    Closes every trip

When a trip ends, matches the supplier invoices, works out the profit and closes the file.

  • Payments Watch

    Watches supplier payments

Flags supplier payments before they fall due, grouped by trip. Large ones come to you for approval.

  • Owner's Board

    With the Day Report

Everything that needs you, on one screen on your phone. Approve, change or call: one tap each. At six, a short report of the day.

From enquiry to profit, in five steps.

One system carries the trip from the first message to the closed file. The agents do the work in between. You make the decisions.

  1. The enquiry arrives.

By email, WhatsApp or your website. Nora or Ruby opens the lead and files it.

    • Nora
    • Ruby
  2. Steve drafts the trip.

A plan and a brief, built from your past trips. Your planner edits it and adds what only a person can.

    • Steve
    • Your planner
  3. You approve the quote.

The quote reaches your phone as one item, with the margin shown. One tap and it goes out.

    • You
  4. The trip runs.

Nora files the supplier confirmations. Payments Watch reminds you before deposits fall due. Ruby looks after the client on WhatsApp while they travel.

    • Nora
    • Payments Watch
    • Ruby
  5. The file closes with its profit.

When the client comes home, the File Closer matches the invoices and shows the profit on your board.

We replace work, not software.

The spreadsheet, the shared inbox, the WhatsApp threads and half a planner's day move into one place, with a team that does the work.

Your agency, in two minutes a day.

The Owner's Board puts everything that needs you on one screen on your phone. Each item arrives with the work done and a short summary.

  • One tap each. Approve, change or call. No logging in to five systems to find the context.
  • Agents prepare. People approve. Prices, payments and exceptions always come to a person. Every action is recorded on the file.
  • A short report at six. What came in, what went out, what the agents did and what needs you tomorrow.
Illustration with fictional data.

We did not build this in a lab.

We run a tailor-made travel agency. We built Tourgen for ourselves, because every decision was waiting for one person. Then we let it run the office.

Steve, Ruby and Nora work with our team every day. Every agent exists because of a real problem in a real office, and every screen has been tested on real trips by the people who sell them.

We sell tailor-made trips too. That is why the team talks about files, suppliers, deposits and margins, and why a person approves everything that matters.

Onboarding

A one-off project with a fixed end, from USD 12,000. It teaches the team your agency (past trips, suppliers, documents, tone) and connects your accounting system. Studio is a fixed-price package; Agency and Operator get a fixed quote after a short discovery.

Pilot offer

Three months at half price and a third off onboarding, in return for a reference and a short video about your experience. We are taking a small number of pilot agencies this winter.

What you need to start

A list of your last 20 trips, your supplier list, one mailbox and one WhatsApp Business number.

Ask about the pilot

Prices in US dollars.

Your agency's data stays your agency's.

Plain answers, no badges. Here is what is true today, and what is still on our roadmap.

  • Your own application and database

During the pilot, each agency runs on its own application and its own database. Nothing is shared with another agency.

  • Hosted in the EU

Pilot environments run in EU data-centre regions.

  • Your data stays yours

Your trips, clients and suppliers belong to your agency. Steve works from your trips for your agency only. They are never used for another agency.

  • A person in the loop

Agents prepare. People approve prices, payments and exceptions. Every action is recorded on the file, human or agent.

  • Two-factor sign-in

Owners and admins sign in with a code from an authenticator app.

  • Clients always know

Ruby and Nora say they are AI. A person is always one message away.

  • Your accounting, connected at onboarding

Tourgen issues your invoices, receipts and credit notes. During onboarding we connect it to the accounting system you already use.

  • A data processing agreement

We sign a DPA with every customer before any personal data is loaded.

On our roadmap

Not available today. We will say so here when each one ships.

  • Single sign-on with Google and Microsoft.
  • An exportable audit log of every user and agent action.
  • One platform for many agencies, with strict data isolation, after the first pilots.

Questions owners ask.

Will Tourgen replace my staff?

No. It takes the admin off them. Your planners still design the trips and your team still owns the client. The agents do the first draft, the filing, the reminders and the routine replies.

Do my trips train anyone else's AI?

No. Steve works from your past trips for your agency only. They are never shared with or used for another agency.

How long does it take to start?

Onboarding is a project with a fixed end, not an open-ended installation. We load your recent trips, suppliers and documents, connect one mailbox and one WhatsApp number, and set up the team. We agree the timeline with you before we start.

Does it work with my accounting software?

Yes. Tourgen issues your invoices, receipts and credit notes and works out the profit on every file. During onboarding we connect it to the accounting system you already use, whether that is Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or something else, so your bookkeeper keeps working the way they do today. Card payments from clients through Stripe are on our roadmap.

What if Ruby gets something wrong?

Ruby handles routine questions and passes anything unusual to a person, with a summary. During onboarding we agree with you what she may answer alone. Every conversation is on the file, so your team can step in at any time.

Does it work for any destination?

Yes. Nothing in Tourgen is tied to a destination. Steve learns your destinations from your trips.

Can we meet at WTM London?
